How every service begins
Bench Assessment
The watch is examined before any work is quoted. We check the movement, case condition, crystal, and seals before committing to a scope or price.
Owner Approval
A written estimate is prepared and confirmed with you before anything begins. If findings change midway, work stops and you are contacted first.
Documented Return
Every completed watch leaves with a condition note describing what was done and anything to monitor. Documentation is part of the service, not an optional extra.
Service 01
Quartz Care & Battery Renewal
฿3,600 per service
A tidy service for everyday quartz watches covering battery renewal, gasket checks, and a light internal clean. The case is opened, contacts are inspected, and seals are refreshed to keep moisture out. Suited to daily-wear pieces that have simply slowed or stopped.
The service also includes a short function check — confirming the movement runs correctly after closing — and a note of anything worth watching in future. Useful for pieces that don't need a full service yet but benefit from a careful inspection.

Typical Turnaround
2–3 working days for standard quartz cases. Parts for less common cell sizes may extend this slightly.
Best For
Daily-wear quartz pieces that have slowed, stopped, or haven't had a battery change in two or more years. Also suitable after long storage or return from a drier climate.
Best For
Watches that remain mechanically sound but have acquired scratched, chipped, or hazed crystals. Also suitable when gaskets are due regardless of crystal condition.
Service 02
Crystal & Seal Replacement

Replacement of scratched or chipped crystals along with full gasket renewal to restore a clean, sealed case. Covers mineral, acrylic, and sapphire fitment, with careful matching to the original profile. The chosen material and approach are confirmed with the owner before fitting.
The type of crystal matters more than it may first appear. Sapphire resists surface scratching but is brittle under point impact. Mineral glass scratches in time but handles knocks with less risk of cracking. Acrylic can be polished if it acquires light marks. We discuss these trade-offs before ordering.

Typical Turnaround
3–5 working days. Unusual case profiles or less common crystal sizes may require a part to be sourced, which adds time — discussed at intake.
Service 03
Full Mechanical Rebuild

A complete strip-down and rebuild for automatic and hand-wound movements that have run dry or lost accuracy. Each part is cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, inspected, lubricated with graded oils for each friction point, and regulated. Worn components are noted and renewed where suitable, with the owner informed of each decision.
Best for cherished pieces returning to regular wear after a long rest, or movements showing more than ±15 seconds per day and irregular amplitude on the timing machine. A timing report and condition summary accompany the returned watch.

Typical Turnaround
2–4 weeks. The movement needs time to settle during regulation — accurate timekeeping cannot be rushed to a result. Updates provided throughout.
Best For
Automatic and hand-wound movements losing accuracy, running intermittently, or returning to wear after several years of storage. Also suitable for inherited pieces being brought back into regular use.
